That profile page unfortunately doesn’t have a direct link anywhere in my.zwift.com but only in the footer of emails you receive.

I have checked all the checkboxes on that page, including “Your week on Zwift”, for several months already. Still I haven’t received a single email from Zwift. Email address is verified and my spam filter is turned off. What else to try?
In that case your only option is probably to contact Zwift Support
