I have made some bug fixes and enhancements to the prototype (download from https://zwifthacks.com/live-log-processor-for-zwift-proof-of-concept/ ). There were some bugs in the route drawing logic.
You can drag and drop one or more log files on the program window and it will process the whole log file simulating what you would see/have seen in real time.
